Q: What Is the Billy
Bob's Texas Age Policy?
This is probably our most frequently asked question of all time!
So here is our age policy in detail.
Billy Bob's Texas is a family entertainment center for everyone
young and old. We welcome ALL people young & old to attend
our concerts and events, but there are obvious rules and limitations.
Because we
serve alcohol we are regulated by state and local laws that we
must follow.
In order to
be admitted to Billy Bob's Texas without a parent or guardian
an individual must be at least 18 years old and be able to prove
it, with what we consider to be a valid picture identification,
such as a Drivers License, Passport, or other government issued
photo ID. Student ID's ARE NOT Acceptable.
We consider
a legal guardian to be someone who is at least 30 yrs. old. Someone
who has gotten the parent's permission of the minor child, &
who has had the consenting parent sign and have notarized our
"Guardian Consent Form" which you can download below.
Click
Here to Download Our Guardian Consent Form
Adobe Acrobat PDF - 10k
Also, a Billy
Bob's legal guardian cannot escort more than 2 minors at any one
time without prior management approval.
If you want
to bring a group or organization of young people to Billy Bob's
Texas you will need to make arrangements through the BBT Groups
& Meetings department. We will be happy to work out details
with you to make it possible. Give us a call at 817-624-7117 for
more info.
18 - 20 yr
olds and ALL minors who are with their parents or a guardian ARE
NOT ALLOWED to drink, share or consume alcohol in any way or at
any time while inside Billy Bob's Texas.
Those that
do or attempt to consume alcohol and those that share alcohol
or try to buy alcoholic beverages for someone under the age of
21 will be asked to leave our premises and also may be subject
to arrest.
We also require
ALL of our visitors 21 & Up whom might reasonably be asked
for their ID to wear a hand stamp to identify them to our servers
& bartenders as being allowed to purchase alcoholic drinks.

Q: What is the Billy
Bob's Texas "New" Smoking Policy?
Effective June 1, 2001 we implemented a "New" smoking
policy that we feel will be good for all of our guests.
Simply put it says that we will "Not" Allow smoking
in our Showroom / Reserved Ticket seating area and adjacent standing
room during our concerts.
When you pass
through the glass doors that separate the Showroom / Reserved
seating area from the rest of the club we will have ashtrays in
place along with signs that will ask you to discard any cigarette
or other smoke producing tobacco products that you may be engaged
in.
We will politely
issue warnings to those who simply forget while this policy is
new. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave the area and go back
and smoke in the other parts of the club.
All other
areas of the Club such as the Honky Tonk Stage area, The Restaurant,
The Let'er Buck Saloon, The Texas Club and Gaming areas will continue
to allow smoking.
We hope this
will strike a balance with ALL of our valued guests & friends.
Q:
If I am not interested in the concert on Friday or Saturday evening
do I still need to pay the General or Reserved seating ticket
price?
Yes, since Billy Bob's is setup like many other facilities &
is wide open and because our sound system can be heard throughout
the club, we require that you purchase either a General Admission
or Reserved seating ticket to be admitted to the club each Friday
or Saturday night.

Yes & No. It depends on how and where you purchase your Concert

If you or someone you know purchases tickets in person at our
Box Office then there is NO Service Charge. You pay the listed
price x quantity of tickets you want that are listed on our Concert

If you call

or want to add more then you will again be charged another $6.00

Q: If a concert
is cancelled can I get a refund or should we hold on to our tickets
for a re-scheduled show?
From time to time one of Main Event concerts has a cancellation.
If that were to happen at a show you have tickets for then this
is what you can do:
1) You can
get a refund of the Purchase Price of the tickets, which does
not include any Service or Handling Fees, at the outlet where
you bought them. If you got them from BBT then return them to
us and we will issue your refund. If you got them from Ticketmaster
then you need to contact them for your refund.
2) The other
option you have is to "Hold On" to your tickets which
will be honored at a future concert here at Billy Bob's by that
artist.
Important
Note: The two (2) options above are valid ONLY for 1
year from the time the show was cancelled. We try diligently to
get the original artist back as soon as possible. Sometimes do
to unforeseen circumstances we are not able to reschedule the
artists. In the event we cannot reschedule the artist then your
only choice would be to seek a refund.
If you have
any problems with this explanation please call Courtney Berwick in our Box Office at 817-624-7117. We are always happy to help.
